Villa Skylark is conveniently located in the desirable “Yacht Club” neighborhood of Cape Coral and sits canal-side. 10 minute, direct access to the Gulf, Ft Myers beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and associated islands. Friendly and safe neighborhood to walk and bike. Walk to the beach or to the city center!
Owner managed by married builder couple Scott and Kim, you can expect personal, prompt service and attention to every detail with your rental!

Summary: The house is beautiful and clean. Everything was as described online. We flew in early morning and Lexi was kind enough to let us check in right after the house was cleaned. Kids had an awesome time. We will definitely be back.
